Primary activity: I’m currently working in a project devoted to the realization of a quantum interferometer for the measurement of forces and fields with very high spatial resolution, exploiting optically trapped Bose-Eisntein condensates with tunable interaction. The geometry of the system togheter with the tunability of the inter-atomic interaction can help to overcome the performance of the state of the art devices and can be expolited for the creation and investigation of highly entangled states for quantum metrology e quantum simulation.

Main experiences acquired: During my expereicne I have gained expertise in atomic physics and spectroscopy with ultracold atoms. In addition I acquired technical skills in optics and laser systems, electronics and programming.
